When you place an order, we use all reasonable efforts to deliver to you the products in the right condition within the scheduled time.
From time to time, the products you order may be unavailable. If we are unable to deliver it to you, we will notify you.
Your order will arrive with an invoice that will list all the items you have received and you were billed for. If something is missing, please let us know.
Product information contained on the website or in our advertisements is offered as a convenience and should not be deemed as accurate.
Shipping Policy
Customers are required to place their orders from the website before 6 pm. The delivery will be made within 24-72 hours of the order.
If the order is placed after 6 pm, your order automatically goes to the next day slot and you will get the order delivered to your doorstep within 24-72 hours from that timing.
If you place an order below Rs. 500, shipping charges are valid. If you make any purchase above that, shipping charges are absolutely free.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order, you will receive a 100% refund.

We follow generally accepted standards to collect, store, and protect personal data, including the use of encryption. We retain personal data for as long as it is needed to provide the Services you have requested, and thereafter for legal and business purposes.
Return policy
We do not accept returns on any fresh items, such as meat, vegetable, fruits, eggs, fish, or other related items.
Returns are only applicable to the packaged and sealed items, for eg: the grocery products such as oil, turmeric powder, dhania powder, and other related items.
In case you want to ensure eligibility of return for a particular item delivered to you, there should be some kind of damage in the product and sufficient photo proof to prove it, for eg: the photo proof of a wet sealed container in case of a leakage in oil pouch packet.
Rs 40 shipping charges will be deducted on the return of items
